Eligibility
- Students must meet the specific qualification requirements for the course they are enrolling in.
- Proof of relevant qualifications may be required for verification during the in-person enrolment process.
Course Enrolment
- Completion of the online enrolment form and registration payment is required to secure a spot.
- By submitting the online form, the student agrees to all terms and conditions outlined here.
Payment Terms
- Payment must be completed before the course commencement.
- All fees are non-refundable after the course begins unless the 100% Placement Guarantee or Refund Guarantee conditions apply.
100% Placement Guarantee
- The academy offers placement assistance upon successful course completion, provided the student meets all course requirements.
- Students not meeting performance standards may be provided an internship, after which they will be eligible for full-time placement.
- Students are required to attend all interviews scheduled as part of the placement process.
- Job location and salary will be determined based on availability and the student’s performance in interviews and practical evaluations.
Refund Conditions
- If the academy fails to secure a job placement within 6 months, students will be entitled to a refund of tuition fees, excluding administrative charges.
- No refunds will be issued if the student fails to meet the course requirements, including attendance, participation, and practical training.
Attendance & Completion
- A minimum of 90% attendance is required to qualify for certification and the 100% Placement Guarantee.
- Absence from classes without valid reasons may affect certification eligibility and placement assistance.
- Students must complete all required coursework, practical assessments, and evaluations to be eligible for certification and placement.
Conduct and Behaviour
- Students must maintain professional conduct, respect all individuals, and follow health and safety guidelines during the course.
- Disruptive behaviour, such as harassment or failure to meet course requirements, may lead to immediate expulsion from the course.
Health & Safety
- Students are required to adhere to all health and safety protocols established by the academy, including infection control measures, especially during practical sessions.
- The academy is not liable for any injuries or health issues that may occur during the course.
Confidentiality and Intellectual Property
- Students are obligated to maintain the confidentiality of all course materials and client information.
- All course materials, including lectures, handouts, and practical guides, are copyrighted and remain the intellectual property of Dr. Edumed Medical Aesthetic Training Academy.
Photography and Media Release
- By enrolling in the course, students consent to the academy using images, videos, or recordings of practical sessions for promotional purposes.
- Students may choose to opt out by submitting written notification to the academy.
Course Schedule & Modifications
- The academy reserves the right to modify the course schedule, course content, or instructors in case of unforeseen circumstances.
- Any changes to the course will be communicated to students in advance.
Liability and Insurance
- The academy is not liable for any injury or accident that occurs during the course, except in cases of proven negligence.
- Students must ensure their safety, particularly during practical sessions.
Amendment of Terms
- The academy reserves the right to change or update these terms and conditions. Students will be notified of any major changes, and continued enrolment signifies acceptance of those changes.
